If you cancel an order, you will receive a refund using the same method used to make the original payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. A refund is acceptable before delivery . If you chose a delivery tier costing more than the least expensive kind of delivery that we offer, we reserve the right to retain the difference in cost between the kind of delivery you chose and the least expensive kind of delivery that we offer.
To receive a refund of an affected broken product, you must notify us of any such issues within 24 hours. In such circumstances, we will refund the cost of the product plus the basic value of outbound and returns carriage where applicable.
If you are instructed by our Customer Care Department to return any products to us, you may do this by the original delivery method selected on order placement or by an agreed courier.
